About the therapy

Therapy uses a bio-psycho-social framework.The biological, psychological and social wellbeing of a person are recognized.  Therapy is wholistic and is informed by the existence of an underlying unified, collective wisdom within world culture. Our innate personal wisdom, expressed by our own integrity to live out of our love and our truth, is present within each of us. This existential need reflects both the personal and collective experience simultaneously,We all share a need for freedom to live and express this love and truth in our everyday lives. Through expanding consciousness, we can experience the awareness of a pulse of connectivity in which natural and human worlds continuously reflect one another other in a natural harmonic flow.

Therapy works to provide a safe and protected space between therapist and client. Then the work to overcome negative core beliefs, gain insight into our essential selves, and reconnect to the essence of this wisdom, love and truth can proceed. By reconnecting to our core human values, and learning to live them each day, we are strengthened in our integrity and self-confidence. By connecting to our own selves in this way, we no longer feel isolated, recognizing the interconnectedness of all life and our place within it.
